Welcome to Arienzo Beach Club.

Arienzo Beach Club is a commercial brand operated by BAGNI D’ARIENZO S.R.L., with registered office at Via Pasitea 71, 84017 Positano (SA), Italy, VAT number and tax code IT02972990655, REA number SA – 252935.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website arienzobeachclub.com, the booking of services, access to the premises and the use of services offered under the Arienzo Beach Club brand.

By confirming a reservation, purchasing a service, accessing our website or entering our facilities, the guest acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Arienzo Beach Club provides beach club, hospitality, food and beverage, restaurant, leisure and related services.

The services included in each reservation depend on the selected package, rate, experience, date, availability and booking confirmation.

Any service not expressly included in the confirmed reservation shall be considered an extra and must be paid for separately on-site or through the official payment channels.

3. Reservations

Reservations are valid only after the guest receives the final confirmation email from Arienzo Beach Club or from the authorized booking system.

The guest is responsible for checking that all booking details are correct, including date, number of guests, selected package, arrival time, contact information and any special requests.

Any request to modify a reservation is subject to availability and to the rate conditions selected at the time of booking.

4. Experience Packages

Experience packages must be accepted in their entirety.

Changes, substitutions or partial replacements of the products or services included in the selected package are not allowed unless expressly approved by Management.

By way of example, replacing a bottle included in a package with other types of drinks or spirits, such as cocktails, is not permitted unless expressly authorized.

No refund, credit or compensation will be issued if the guest does not use or consume all products or services included in the selected package.

5. Extras and Additional Items

Any additional items, services, food, beverages, upgrades or extras requested on-site are not included in the original reservation unless expressly stated.

All extras must be paid directly on-site or through the official payment channels made available by Arienzo Beach Club.

6. Arrival Time and No-Show

Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.

After this period, the reservation may be considered a no-show.

In the event of no-show, no refund, compensation or date change will be granted, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

If guests are delayed for any reason, they must contact Arienzo Beach Club as soon as possible. Any rescheduling of the arrival time is subject to availability and operational feasibility.

7. Beach Club Opening Hours

The Beach Club’s standard opening hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, unless otherwise communicated.

Guests are not permitted to remain on the premises outside opening hours unless expressly authorized by Management.

Opening hours may vary due to seasonality, private events, weather conditions, safety reasons, operational needs or force majeure.

8. Lunch Reservations

Reservations for lunch require arrival at the Beach Club at least 20 minutes before the reserved time to allow for check-in and seating procedures.

In case of delay, the lunch reservation may be rescheduled to the next available seating, subject to availability.

9. Beach Club Rules

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted on the premises.
• A sun lounger will be assigned to each person included in the reservation, including adults and children, where applicable.
• The use of the assigned sun lounger is personal and cannot be shared, transferred or assigned to other guests.
• Lying on the ground with beach towels is not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Management or required by applicable law.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with the rules, behaves inappropriately, causes disturbance, damages property, creates safety risks or acts disrespectfully toward staff or other guests.

10. Children Policy

Arienzo Beach Club welcomes children and adolescents and aims to provide a family-friendly environment.

Minors aged between 2 and 17 years may be included in the reservation using the dedicated booking form or according to the available booking options.

For each child or adolescent included in the reservation, the package may include:

• 1 sunbed with mattress.
• 1 beach towel.
• 1 umbrella, with the number of umbrellas assigned depending on the total number of guests included in the reservation.
• 1 bottle of water.
• 1 appetizer.
• 1 main course.

The children rate depends on the selected experience, package, row and availability.

Children and adolescents must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

11. Complimentary Shuttle Boat Service

The shuttle boat service provided by Arienzo Beach Club, when available, is complimentary, ancillary and does not constitute part of the paid services purchased with the reservation.

The reservation concerns the services provided on-site at the Beach Club.

The complimentary shuttle boat service may be suspended, delayed, modified or unavailable without notice for weather conditions, sea conditions, safety reasons, technical reasons, operational needs or instructions from competent authorities.

The suspension, delay or unavailability of the complimentary shuttle boat service does not modify the main reservation contract and does not entitle the guest to a full or partial refund, compensation or credit.

When the shuttle boat service is unavailable, the Beach Club may remain open and accessible by land. Access by land is at the guest’s responsibility.

12. Weather Policy

Arienzo Beach Club may remain operational in case of adverse weather conditions that do not create a safety risk for guests and staff, including rain, wind or rough sea.

For safety reasons, Management may close umbrellas, suspend beach services, modify operations or restrict certain areas in the event of strong wind or adverse weather conditions.

The decision to close umbrellas, suspend certain services or modify operations is made by Management and may occur without prior notice.

13. Closure Due to Unsafe Weather Conditions

The Beach Club may close in the event of dangerous weather conditions, official alerts, unsafe sea conditions, natural events or any circumstances that may pose a risk to guests, staff or operations.

The decision to close the Beach Club is made by Management, taking into account safety conditions, operational feasibility and, where applicable, official alerts from competent authorities.

Guests will be informed through the official communication channels provided at the time of booking, such as email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone.

14. Management of Reservations in Case of Closure

In the event of closure of the Beach Club due to unsafe weather conditions or other safety-related reasons, guests may be offered one of the following solutions, subject to availability and operational feasibility:

• Rescheduling of the reservation.
• Conversion of the amount paid into a non-refundable credit valid for 12 months.

The credit may be usable, where available, at:

• Arienzo Beach Club.
• New Opening Restaurant – Main Beach Area.
• Chic Mama Restaurant.
• YachtCellar.com.
• Arienzo Beach Club Online Merchandise Shop.

Detailed instructions for rescheduling or using the credit will be provided at the time of the closure notification.

To confirm rescheduling or credit, guests must respond to the official communication within 72 hours, providing:

• Reservation ID.
• Preferred rescheduling date, where applicable.
• Preference for credit, where applicable.

If no response is received within 72 hours, the reservation may automatically be converted into credit.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection law.

15. Force Majeure

In the event of extraordinary, unforeseeable or unavoidable events that prevent or materially affect the operation of the Beach Club, BAGNI D’ARIENZO S.R.L. may offer rescheduling of the reservation or conversion of the amount paid into a non-refundable credit valid for 12 months, subject to applicable law.

Force majeure events may include, by way of example:

• Natural disasters.
• Extreme weather events.
• Pandemics or health emergencies.
• Wars, terrorism or civil unrest.
• Government restrictions.
• Port, maritime or transport restrictions.
• Power outages or infrastructure failures.
• Orders or restrictions issued by public authorities.
• Any other event beyond the reasonable control of BAGNI D’ARIENZO S.R.L.

16. Communications and Notifications

Guests are invited to provide accurate email addresses and phone numbers at the time of booking.

Guests may receive operational communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone, including booking confirmations, reminders, access instructions, weather notices, shuttle updates and service changes.

Failure to receive communications due to incorrect contact details, spam filters, phone issues, messaging restrictions or other reasons not attributable to Arienzo Beach Club does not entitle the guest to a refund, compensation or credit.

Guests are responsible for contacting Arienzo Beach Club if they do not receive expected communications or need updates before arrival.

17. Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at the time of booking and may vary according to date, availability, selected package, row, season, events, promotions and operational conditions.

Payment terms depend on the selected rate and booking channel.

A reservation is confirmed only when payment, where required, has been successfully completed and the final confirmation has been issued.

18. Errors and Availability

Arienzo Beach Club makes reasonable efforts to ensure that prices, availability, descriptions and services are accurate.

In the event of obvious errors, technical malfunctions, incorrect prices, duplicate reservations, system failures or availability issues, Arienzo Beach Club reserves the right to correct the error, cancel the affected reservation and refund any amount paid, where appropriate.

19. Website Use

Users agree to use the website arienzobeachclub.com lawfully and responsibly.

Users may not attempt to damage, disrupt, access without authorization, copy, scrape, manipulate or misuse the website, booking systems, payment systems or digital infrastructure.

20. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, videos, layouts and digital materials, is owned by or licensed to BAGNI D’ARIENZO S.R.L. or its partners.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, publication or commercial use is prohibited.

21. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.

22. Document Validity and Versions

The version of the Terms and Conditions published on the official website arienzobeachclub.com at the time of booking shall apply to the reservation.

Any changes made after the booking date will not apply retroactively unless required by law or more favorable to the guest.

In case of discrepancies between older versions and the current website version, the version published on the official website shall prevail for future bookings.

Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to reservations for Arienzo Beach Club, a commercial brand operated by BAGNI D’ARIENZO S.R.L.

By confirming a reservation, the guest accepts these Booking Terms and the General Terms and Conditions published on arienzobeachclub.com.

1. Booking Confirmation

Reservations are valid only after the guest receives the final booking confirmation by email or through the authorized booking system.

The guest must verify all reservation details immediately after confirmation.

2. Non-Refundable Rate

A non-refundable reservation cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except where otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

A maximum of 1 date change may be allowed, subject to availability.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 10 days before the arrival date.

To request a date change, guests must send an email to:

If the new date has a higher rate, the guest must pay the price difference.

If the new date has a lower rate, the difference may be used as credit for extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.

Cancellation policy for non-refundable rate: the rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

3. Refundable Rate

For refundable reservations, cancellation more than 10 days before the arrival date provides a full refund without penalty.

If the reservation is cancelled or changed less than 10 days before the arrival date, the rate is no longer refundable, including in case of no-show.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 10 days before the arrival date, subject to availability.

To request a date change, guests must send an email to:

If the new date has a higher rate, the guest must pay the price difference.

If the new date has a lower rate, the difference may be used as credit for extra services at the property. Any remaining credit will not be refunded after check-out.

Cancellation policy for refundable rate: cancellation more than 10 days before the arrival date provides a full refund without penalty. If cancelled less than 10 days before the arrival date, the rate is no longer refundable, including in case of no-show.

4. Last Minute Rate

Last minute reservations are paid at the moment of booking and cannot be cancelled or amended.

In case of cancellation, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy for last minute rate: the rate is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

5. Date Changes

Date changes are always subject to availability, operational feasibility and rate conditions.

A date change is not confirmed until Arienzo Beach Club sends written confirmation.

Requests made through unofficial channels may not be valid.

6. No-Show

Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.

After this period, the reservation may be considered a no-show.

In case of no-show, no refund, date change, compensation or credit will be granted, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

7. Weather and Shuttle Service

Adverse weather conditions that do not create a safety risk do not automatically entitle guests to cancellation, refund, compensation or credit.

The complimentary shuttle boat service is free, ancillary and not part of the paid reservation.

The shuttle boat service may be suspended, delayed or unavailable due to weather, sea conditions, safety reasons or operational needs.

If the Beach Club remains open, guests may access it by land at their own responsibility.

8. Closure of the Beach Club

If the Beach Club is closed by Management due to unsafe weather conditions, official alerts, safety reasons, force majeure or operational impossibility, guests may be offered rescheduling or a non-refundable credit valid for 12 months, subject to applicable law.

9. Credit

Where a credit is issued, it is non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.

The credit may be usable at selected services or business units indicated by Arienzo Beach Club at the time of issue.

10. Communication Requirements

All booking requests, cancellation requests and date change requests must be sent to:
reservation@arienzobeachclub.com.

Guests must include:

• Reservation ID.
• Guest name.
• Reservation date.
• Requested change or assistance.
• Phone number or WhatsApp contact.

11. Acceptance

By confirming a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms and the General Terms and Conditions of Arienzo Beach Club.
